Chamomile is widely known for its calming effects. It reduces anxiety, aids digestion, and promotes restful sleep. Chamomile tea is an excellent nighttime remedy for those who have trouble winding down.


Chamomile & Lavender Bedtime Tea


Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp dried chamomile flowers

  • ½ tsp dried lavender flowers

  • 1 cup hot water

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)


    Instructions:

  • Steep chamomile and lavender in hot water for 5 minutes.

  • Strain and sweeten with honey if desired.

  • Sip before bed for a soothing effect.
