Passionflower is a gentle sedative that helps reduce anxiety and promote relaxation. It’s an excellent herb for those who have trouble winding down before bed. Studies suggest it increases GABA levels in the brain, which helps induce a state of calm.


Passionflower & Lemon Tea

Ingredients:


  • 1 tsp dried passionflower

  • 1 cup hot water

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)


    Instructions:

  • Steep passionflower in hot water for 5-7 minutes.

  • Strain and add lemon juice and honey if desired.

  • Enjoy before bedtime for a peaceful night’s rest.
