Recipe: Parsley & Lemon Chimichurri
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh parsley
½ cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Use as a sauce for grilled meats, vegetables, or bread.
